Alexandrina Results for 21 May 2014

After Board 17 was first played (Round 2) the West and North hands were switched (Pairs 8 and 5 were NS and EW respectively) and this went undetected until after it was played for the final time (Round 6 by Pairs 12 and 6), although someone did put a query by the score. So keep that in mind  if you are looking at the hand record for that deal. The scorer adjusted the Pairs 8 and 5 result to bring it into line with the other four results in a way that he thinks is fair. Meanwhile, here's the result:

Introduction to Duplicate Contract Bridge tutorials will commence on Wednesday, June 18 at 7.30pm in the Rosa Room (Lutheran Church Hall) with the expectation that they will morph into Wednesday Night Bridge in July. If you know someone who is interested then make sure I know about them.
