Alexandrina Results for 22 June 2016

As if Isabel G's recent travails have not been enough , following a recent fall in her bedroom where she broke a cheek bone she has now been hospitalised after being struck by a car in Strathalbyn. Her physical health has been improving greatly since last Christmas and she had been walking to the shops more and she seemed to me more like the lady she was before her heart surgery. I have seen her in Flinders Medical Centre and delivered a Get Well card but she was resting and I did not speak to her. I do not know the extent of her injuries but she is where she needs to be. I will visit her on Fridays until she is transferred to Strathalbyn Hospital once she has recovered sufficiently to commence physiotherapy. This has been hard to write but I will try to be more diligent in the coming weeks.
Please be careful on the roads, our lives can be changed in an instant. It's trite but true.
